At Revive’m we work to make your classic car dream a reality!

We are passionate car enthusiasts, and gain satisfaction from producing top quality restorations and custom projects. Most are turn key. Our work is carried out to an agreed quality standard rather than price. As such our projects regularly receive awards when exhibited.

In 2014 for the first time one of our projects was entered into the Masters Class of the  Ellerslie Intermarque Concours D' Elegance - perhaps New Zealands most prestigious show. We won the event with the highest score to date in the 42 year history of the event an honour which we held until 2018. In 2019 one of our projects again won the Masters Class.

In order to maintain authenticity we can fabricate any repair sections or new panels to match original. These are butt welded with tig and or spot welded into place as per original (we do not overlap patches). Distortion is removed producing a repair that is difficult or impossible to detect. Preparation for paint from bare metal involves media blasting and epoxy prime prior to filling & final paint.

Certified repairs can be carried out for compliance of imported or de-registered vehicles and for low volume custom modifications.

An extensive digital photographic record is provided of the complete job.

Our workshops are set up & equipped to world class standards that enable us to complete your project in a controlled & efficient manner producing guaranteed results. The facility is set up with self contained areas to prevent contamination from conflicting activities such as painting grinding mechanical etc. These separate areas include:

  • Main Fabrication/panel shop with Auto Robot Chassis measuring & straightening gear, Sheet metal Guillotines, Folders, English Wheel, Eckold Kraftformer (one of few in NZ), swages, TIG, MIG, Inverter Spot, and gas welders,  etc.
  • Mechanical Bay with hoist
  • Media Blasting Shed.
  • Paint shop with Bake Oven & prep areas
  • “Clean” Finishing & Upholstery Shop.
  • Under cover storage for donor vehicles or parts
